LOOL!

Good find! They are certainly mis-representing themselves. Their About Page certainly gives themselves away.

Mission
"The National Day of Prayer Task Force's mission is to communicate with every individual the need for personal repentance and prayer, mobilizing the Christian community to intercede for America and its leadership in the five centers of power: Church, Education, Family, Government and Media."

They seek to:

Foster unity within the Christian Church Protect America's Constitutional Freedoms to gather, worship, pray and speak freely. Publicize and preserve America's Christian heritage Encourage and emphasize prayer, regardless of current issues and positions Respect all people, regardless of denomination or creed Be wise stewards of God's resources and provision Glorify the Lord in word and deed

Then it says further down

"We are the Judeo-Christian expression of the National Day of Prayer which was established in 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States Congress and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman."

Yes, they are blind in regards to Judaism (and other things).
What kills me is the original columb by Eric Zorn where he cites our governor and president, and how they rely on the Task Force. Terrifying!
What is more terrifying is a country without God.
I don't believe that a country that is secular is without god, because the country is derived from its people, and people will always have the Divine, even if they don't know it. People claiming God is unimportant. The Divine is everywhere and everything, and there isn't really any escape from that.
Thanks for the link. I'll read and post on it if I have time.
